2. Adelfa’s Comida Cubana

Few cuisines can hit the spot like Cuban cuisine. Adelfa’s Comida Cubana (Adelfa’s Cuban Food) is run by Noel Argote-Hererra.  He named the restaurant after his mother who cooked delicious Cuban food for him when he grew up in Havana. You can find traditional Cuban dishes such as ropa vieja, paella, rice and beans, and Carne con papas (meat with potatoes). It’s a great food stand that you can come with the whole family or during a lunch break from work. The food is cooked as you order so you can enjoy a hot and fresh meal.

3. Lemon Tree Co.

Sometimes you just want to bite into a juicy burger or sandwich! Well, you’ll be pleased to know that you can enjoy them at Lemon Tree Co. It’s the brainchild of chef Jasson Parra who isn’t afraid to experiment with different combinations. For example, you can enjoy a burger with cheese, artichokes, mushrooms, sausages, pears, and jam! If you’re adventurous with your meals then you’ll love Lemon Tree Co.

There are also a few meat options including chicken and pork belly. If you want to feel fulfilled without feeling overwhelmed, then this restaurant is a great option for you.

5. Bacon

Only in Boise will you find a great restaurant called “Bacon.” It’s one of the reasons why we love this place! Anyways, Bacon is a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But you’ll really enjoy having brunch there. It offers five different types of bacon and has a variety of great dishes. These include sandwiches, omelets, and samplers. For lunch, you can enjoy mac and cheese, lasagna, and mushroom dishes. All with bacon of course! You can enjoy your bacon at Bacon indoors, outdoors, or order delivery. 7. Richard’s

Walk around Boise and ask about Richard Langston. He’s a legendary chef who’s been cooking for Boise residents for over 25 years. Here you’ll find cuisine typical to the Northwestern with a bit of an Italian flair. You can enjoy grilled octopus mixed with pork belly. Or you can also try bison meatballs. There are also many great wine selections at his restaurants. This is a great place to come with your significant other and enjoy a great homemade meal.

They are the epitome of the American Dream and that reflects in this restaurant. Among African cuisine, Ethiopian and Eritrean are the most renowned worldwide. If you’ve never tried these cuisines, this is the best place to introduce yourself. You can enjoy Doro Qot chicken and Tibs lamb.
